We are looking for exceptional Customer Service Advisors to join our luxury retail client account Fortnum & Mason
This role is a fixed term contract until 24/12/2023.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, web chat and email
- First point of contact for all customer queries
- Brand ambassador for your client, upholding the values/expectations of this luxury brand.
- Develop expert product knowledge to share with your customers, order processing and upselling additional items
- Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation
Key Skills:
Essential
- Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
- A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
- Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment
- Works well within a team
- Confident IT skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn
- Experience of working in a contact centre environment
Working Hours and Location
- Remote, must be based in the UK
- 40 hours per week
- Office based in Southend-on-Sea
