We are the Confetti Media Group (CMG), part of Nottingham Trent University (NTU). For almost 30 years we have been educating, inspiring and developing careers in the some of the UK’s most exciting creative industry sectors.
We are now seeking a Digital Graphic Designer to be a key member of our dynamic marketing and communications team. You will work closely with the Head of Creative to produce engaging digital and print marketing materials for CMG's various creative businesses. Your role will involve creating high-quality designs that effectively communicate key messages to both internal and external audiences.

In the role you will:
- Be responsible for the creation and delivery of complex design jobs/projects, whilst managing the design schedule on a daily basis
- Collaborate with the Head of Creative and marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, campaigns, animations and digital ads
- Assist with the design and production of regular marketing and communication materials using good, eye-catching and consistent designs
- Design and develop high-quality digital materials that are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for user experience.
You will bring:
- A solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and user experience design.
- Experience of designing for web, including web layout and structure design, Mailchimp and image formatting.
- Experience of working with external suppliers including printers, illustrators, consultants and publishers
- An understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, campaign design, advertisements and social media designs.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple design projects and multiple clients at any given time.
