We are looking to expand our team in the near future to join our professional Contact Centre in Glenrothes, Fife ! You will work in shifts, from Monday to Friday (08:00 to 17:00).
Your challenges
We are looking for future part-time and full-time (20 to 40 hours per week) permanent Customer Service Advisors, who will have an important role within our business, delivering a high-quality service to a range of customers which include Builders Merchants, Architects, Installers and Private Customers.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for :
Providing assistance to customers in selecting the best VELUX product for their needs
Delivering a memorable experience for our customers; whilst providing comprehensive and accurate product and services information
Enhancing our customers experience by recommending the correct product choices
Coordinating service requests through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
Building positive relationships with all levels of the organization in order to exchange information and follow-up on customer requests
Recognising commercial opportunities to facilitate business growth
Understanding and communicating VELUX Terms and Conditions with customers
Navigate systems and information tools to provide relevant and accurate information
Your qualifications
To thrive in this position, the person is determined for providing superb customer service with an ability to communicate effectively to a range of customer types.

Demonstrate excellent literacy, numeracy and accurate processing skills
I.T proficient
