Job description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to help and guide clients with any problems that they may be having, this will be done via email and live chat. Additionally, as a Customer Service Advisor you shall respond to any general enquires regarding the business and then transfer them to the Sales team if deemed suitable.
