Job description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a professional and skilled manner. No previous experience required and must be available to attend training between the 24th & 31st of May in Speke.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Engage customers by taking the extra mile
Requirements and skills
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices – desirable
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Eligibility:
- Unemployed.
- Must be available to undertake the training between the dates 24th May and 31st May (10.00am - 4.30pm)
- Must live within the Liverpool region.
- Must have lived in the UK / EU for the last 3 year.
- Must NOT be on any other funded programme.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
