The Great British Card Company (GBCC) is one of the UK’s largest independent card publishers supplying customers including large supermarkets and the high street with over 20 million design led greeting cards every year.
We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team at our brand new facility just off the M5 near Stonehouse Gloucester.
This important role involves taking orders and dealing with customer enquiries plus some administrative functions in a service based and time sensitive business. You will be working as part of a team to make sure our customers and our sales force get good and timely information and fast resolution to any queries or issues.
You will need to be experienced in good customer service, be computer literate, used to juggling lots of time sensitive tasks and have an excellent phone manner.
