Do you have experience working in a customer facing role? Are you looking for that next great move in your career? Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you as a Customer Service Advisor within our friendly team based in Dudley.
Joining us as a Customer Service Advisor means you'll have the benefit of working Monday to Friday and earn a basic salary relative to your experience as well as the opportunity to earn a generous bonus. You’ll also be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers.
Initially, you would work from our new office in Dudley where we have free parking and a fun and welcoming team just waiting to get to know you. Once you’re feeling confident and your training and probation period is complete, there is an opportunity for hybrid working.
Work life balance is important to us, so this role is just 36.25 hours a week, Monday – Friday, with shifts between 8am – 6pm, employees are also required to work a Saturday morning from 9-1pm, 1 in every 3 and they get this half a day back in the following week. You can always add to your earnings when there is overtime available and some of the team enjoy attending work events such as classic car and tradeshows too.
This role comes with a generous monthly bonus, giving you the opportunity to earn between £3,500 - £5,000 on top of your annual salary.

- Provide great customer service to new and existing customers over the phone, email and via web chat.
- Build positive relationships with customers and Insurers providing advice and solutions
- Take personal responsibility their development and keep their knowledge and expertise up to date so they are always giving our customers the service they need
- Work in a financially regulated environment and play an important role in helping our company ensure we protect our customers
