Supply Life is UK's leading blood-based food intolerance testing company based in Swansea. We recently won UK's best food intolerance test. Helping people that suffer from bloating, tiredness, and unwanted weight, We are looking to expand our team for our launch into Europe and USA. The role is flexible from part-time to full-time hours with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

The role will require speaking to clients to give them updates, dispatching kits to clients, and general clerical/administrative duties.

Our company is in need of a Customer Service Representative to help us achieve our objectives. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to meet the needs of our customers and will be familiar with product offerings and services. The Customer Service Representative will assist customers with questions or concerns related to services, products or billing, and will regularly answer calls from customers who need to inquire about their accounts or policy information. This position requires a demonstrated passion for customer service, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of different tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and emails from customers.
- Assist with customer account service inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and handle administrative tasks.
- Answer or screen customer calls or requests.
- Follow up on customer requests or concerns.
- Identify and report problems to the appropriate personnel.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £10.60-£11.00 per hour
