Job description
As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll be the first point of contact for one of our public services. Involving both inbound and outbound calls, the people you speak to will have a range of questions or concerns – and using a calm and considered approach you’ll provide important support and advice at a time of need, recording this in the relevant systems as you go.
2 weeks fully paid comprehensive training/induction with ongoing support

To be considered for an interview you need to be within a 15 mile radius of Liverpool.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £9.90-£10.90 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
