At Celotex we are looking for a customer focused individual to join us as a Customer Service Advisor, helping to deliver a high level of customer service to our customer base.

This role is available on a full time basis on an initial fixed term contract of 12 months
What you will be doing:
Our sites are busy places, with lots going on inside and out, and whilst the exact duties may vary
- Respond to customer enquiries, process orders and contact customers across multiple businesses using a variety of communication methods
- Mastering more specialist services
- Contribute to a continuous improvement culture, identifying opportunities and generating ideas to improve our service
- Gather customer insight through the strong relationships you build to trigger business improvements
- Show a desire and commitment to develop your own skills and knowledge to perform at your best
- Mastering more specialist activities including managing export orders, dealing with bespoke orders, account management, customer care, and supporting our Plasterboard Recycling Scheme
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive person who enjoys working as part of a team, whilst also being able to manage your own workload. No previous experience is required. Just a desire to learn and have a passion to put the customer first.
