Customer Service Advisor Colchester, England
Job description
Established in 1966 we are one of Colchester's oldest established vehicle repair and service centres undertaking work for private, Insurance, and general fleet partners.
This is a customer service advisor role and you will be required to cover every aspect of the vehicle's journey through our repair/service centre.
The requirements:
- Producing estimates for customers and work providers
- Closely communicating with the workshop Technicians on the current vehicle progression.
- Providing customers and work provider updates.
- Ordering of parts from suppliers.
- Upselling to current and new customers.
The job requires:
- Good keyboard skills
- Professional team working attitude
- Good friendly and professional telephone manner
- E-mail / general writing skills
- To be able to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team environment
- An understanding of vehicles would be a benefit.
