Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

• Delivering excellent customer service whilst ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently
• Ensuring records are accurately maintained and scanned
• Liaising with logistics team to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Completing a variety of administrative tasks
• Maximising all revenue opportunities i.e. transport and repair costs

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

• Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy - MS Office/Outlook skills
• Knowledge of G42 or other similar hire rental asset management systems is advantageous
• Knowledge of the hire industry/construction is advantageous
