Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Delivering excellent customer service whilst ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently
- Ensuring records are accurately maintained and scanned
- Liaising with logistics team to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Completing a variety of administrative tasks
- Maximising all revenue opportunities i.e. transport and repair costs
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy - MS Office/Outlook skills
- Knowledge of G42 or other similar hire rental asset management systems is advantageous
- Knowledge of the hire industry/construction is advantageous
