You will be provided with 3 weeks of comprehensive training by our award-winning L&D Team. After which you will be surrounded by friendly and supportive colleagues and a line manager who will help build your confidence as you progress.
This is a home-based role that gives you the opportunity for varied working hours, with full-time positions available. We work 37.5 hours a week between 08:00 and 18:15, Monday to Friday so you can have your weekends to yourself. You will earn a very competitive salary of £23,300 pro-rata.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience focusing on first time resolutions, supporting internal and external customers. You will also play a key role in highlighting areas of business improvement. Working as a first point of contact for our valued partners and customers, you will:
- Communicate effectively via telephone and email and deal courteously with enquiries or requests from customers and partners
- Process customer/partner information in accordance with company processes and procedures
- Ensure that you comply with industry regulations in line with business requirements
- Keep up to date with all organisational changes in order to provide up-to-date information to customers

There is excellent support from all team leaders, colleagues and floorwalkers during the working day, along with a fabulous Service Desk Team on hand to help with any technical issues if and when they arise. What we are looking for
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with:
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
