About Just Lily Jewellery
Just Lily Jewellery is an exciting, ambitious and fun business focusing on Home & Gift products including Handmade artisan costume jewellery where uniqueness, quality and affordability define the brand.
In the last 18 months we have opened two shops in Mousehole and Porthleven with a further shop due to open in Falmouth late April 2023
These positions offer a great chance to work with Just Lily in Porthleven as they look to grow. The position(s) will be a combination of working in our super cute jewellery harbour hut as well as our home and gift shop located just up from the harbour

Experience / Skills Required
2 years face to face retail sales experience
Extremely competent in selling to customers face to face
Competence in maths
Ability to use card readers and manage cash
Responsible and trustworthy – as you will be required to open up / lock up

Job Description
Saying hello and greeting customers who enter Just Lily.
Selling to customers using your natural style
Gift wrapping products where required by customers
Stock control and management.
Processing cash and card payments.
Stocking the hut with products where and when required.
Answering queries from customers.
Reporting discrepancies and problems to the directors of Just Lily Jewellery.
Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
Dealing with customer refunds.
Keeping the hut tidy and clean.
Keeping up to date with special promotions
Attaching price tags to jewellery in quiet periods
We have a number of different seasonal hourly contracts available, from the following:
Harbour Hut Porthleven
3 full days per week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) 10am - 5pm April 1st - 31st October 2023
Shop Porthleven
1 day per week Sunday 10am - 5pm 1st April - 31st October 2023
7 Evenings a week available commencing May Bank Holiday Saturday 27th May until 30th September 5:00pm - 8pm.
We anticipate the above roles will be filled by 2-3 employees. Happy to flex the days depending on applicants, personal situation and availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers are encouraged to maintain social distancing guidelines. All additional all work surfaces are regularly sanitised. One side of the harbour hut remains open at all times allowing fresh air to circulate
