Job description
Pall-Ex South West, Willand require an enthusiastic and organised Customer Service Advisor.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and Pallet Network Partner depots and as such excellent communication skills are essential.
Duties include...
- Handling a high volume of calls
- General Office Admin duties
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries
- Inputting data, notes and messages on our IT System
Full training will be provided but we require an organised person that has an eye for detail.
