We are looking for a Student Experience Manager London to join our team
Provide all students and visitors with an outstanding experience in Kaplan training locations, ensure all administrative tasks within the remit of Student Experience are completed efficiently, in a timely manner and to a high standard, and ensure the training location is ready for our students during operating hours.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Manager who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

About You
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Experience of managing within a customer focused environment
Service driven and quality focused
Ability to manage a significant workload
Proactive, personable and a desire to make a difference
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
Preferably First Aid trained
Experience of managing a team and bringing the best out in others
Collaborative approach to working with other functions
Able to work flexible hours
