Customer Service Adviser
| Full-time | Ballymena
As an agent for NFU Mutual, we are now in a position to recruit a high calibre person to join our expanding team. The main duties will be to promote and sell NFU Mutual insurance products by telephone and face to face, as well introducing financial services to o ur customers.
The successful candidate will:
- Provide excellent customer service
- 5 GCSE’s: Grade A-C (incl. English & Maths)
- Be able to work as part of a small, highly motivated team
- Competent user of Microsoft Office
Desirable Criteria
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to ‘self-manage’ and use their own initiative
- Flexible working attitude
