Customer Service Advisor:

Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 17:00 - with hybrid working
Role summary:
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Customer Service Team where you will be supporting customers & colleagues through their journey with MEU-UK in the after sales of air conditioning and heating products and services.
You will be able to directly influence the customer journey and your feedback will help to shape the future vision for the customer experience.
Your work will play a key role in achieving our aim in becoming truly customer centric, ensuring the best experience for our customers.
Skills/Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Be the ‘voice of the customer’ when operating within the business.
- Bring to the attention of the Team Leader any potential problem/complaint that could compromise the integrity and reputation of the department.
- Help our customers with all spares enquires.
- Answering phone calls regarding spares queries
- Effectively run the Spares inboxes ensuring you are responding to emails in a professional, prompt, and efficient manner.
- Processing of credits and returns.
- Liaise with logistics, credit control and other operational offices
- Deal with logistic queries and problems within the stated service level agreements (SLA).
- Coach and train the wider operations team on all aspects of the role so this can be rolled out nationally.
- General administrative duties to support the department.
- Understand and comply with all relevant company policies.
