Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the business based out of their Sidcup Dealership for a 12 month fixed term contract.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will take inbound calls, emails and live chats from potential customers who are looking to buy a car. Your main responsibilities will be giving advice on our client’s current range cars, talking them through current offers and checking if a new, used or financed car would suit them best. With the main aim to get them booked in to see a Car Sales Executive at one of our clients 11 dealerships.
This role would be ideal for anyone with an interest in the Automotive industry, or an experienced Sales/Customer Service Advisor looking to increase their OTE.
About the role
- Communicate with the customer in a variety of chosen methods
- Talk and listen to inbound customer calls to fully understand their requirements
- Work with the Sales Executives to ensure the database is up to date
- Ensure that the customer’s information is recorded and updated
- Guarantee all appointments are scheduled clearly in the Sales Executives diary
- Give them all relevant information around our client’s current vehicles and offers
- Contact all customers within the agreed service level agreement
- Demonstrate the most suitable options to the customer, encouraging them to experience the product
About you
- Superb communication skills via phone, email and live chat
- Excellent levels of customer service
- Computer literate
- Have experience in sales and/or customer service (Essential)
- Precise planning and organisational skills
- Work efficiently under pressure and to set targets
- Be polite, friendly and persuasive
- Have excellent rapport building skills
