Let's Payweekly Ltd are looking for the following to work in their Middlesbrough office:-
We are looking for someone with the following skills:-
- Answer and Call customers about the subject of their carpet delivery
- File paperwork and create delivery schedules
- Use bespoke systems to book in delivery dates
- Liaise with our customers regarding orders
- Book up orders on our custom systems
- Speak with carpet fitters regarding any issues they may incur
- Complete general administration duties
- Must have a good understanding of Microsoft excel
- A good understanding of social media would help
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Customer Service, who are looking to develop their skills in a growing business.
- You must be an effective communicator who enjoys building rapport with customers and demonstrating excellent Customer Services skills.
- You will have excellent verbal and written command of the English Language
- You have good computer skills and the ability to think logically under pressure.
- You are able to work under pressure and thrive in a busy environment.
- You must be a confident team player but also be able to work from your own initiative.
- You need to demonstrate a positive and professional attitude while at work.
Working Hours Monday to Friday we are open between 8.30am and 5.00pm;
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,250.00-£18,500.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
