We have an experienced opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Digital Marketing team. You will join us working 35 hours per week on an initial fixed term contract until May 2024 and will be based remotely. In return you will receive a salary of up to £25,765.62 per annum plus excellent benefits.
Cats Protection is the UK’s leading feline welfare charity with a nationwide network of adoption and homing centres, volunteer-run branches and charity shops. During 2021, we helped 137,000 cats and kittens. That's the equivalent of around 375 cats a day!
The Digital Marketing team sits within the Cats Protection Digital Team. We are a part of the Marketing and Income Generation Department. The team are responsible for delivering paid digital advertising activity on behalf of teams throughout the organisation. We are also responsible for a wide range of digital projects. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the team to support and help to grow our digital marketing programme.
Responsibilities of our Digital Marketing Assistant:
As Digital Marketing Assistant you will help deliver the charity’s Digital Marketing programme by working across multiple communication channels in order to grow sustainable income for Cats Protection and maximise the long-term return of investment for individual donors.
What we’re looking for in our Digital Marketing Assistant:
- Experience in digital marketing, ideally in a charity setting
- Experience of assisting with the organisation of project/activities or schedules
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills and an ability to meet deadlines
- Experience of working with databases
