We are now looking for travel professionals with previous customer service experience to support our busy retail stores to ensure we can continue to offer our renowned top class customer service.

: Homeworking/Hybrid/Office Based

Candidates must have experience working within the Travel Industry

  • A ‘can do attitude’ always aiming to go the extra mile.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Ability to pro-actively resolve issues and find amicable solutions.
  • Good written English.
  • Experience in communicating via live chat, social media.
  • Enjoy working in a face paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Good working knowledge of CRS system would be advantageous
  • Ability to work well in a crisis
  • Able to multi task and prioritise work load

Responsibilities:


  • Supporting clients post-booking, in resort issue and pre-departure requirements.
  • Manage the customer service in box
  • Log the issue via the log
  • Communicating effectively via omni-channels including; Live Chat, WhatsApp, Email and Voice.
  • Upgrading clients cruise, flights, hotels and tours.
  • Fulfilling amendments and cancellations.
  • Resolving client queries, finding solutions and escalating complaints.
  • Assisting retail stores on customer service and administrative queries.
  • Liaising with suppliers and tour operators on behalf of clients.
  • Provide high levels of customer satisfaction.
