Independence Products Ltd is an established UK supplier of medical devices designed to improve the quality of life of patients with chronic medical conditions.
The Independence Direct Prescription Home Delivery Service was established in 2017 and is dedicated to the supply of specialist shower protection and activity pouches for Haemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis patients.
Our business is expanding, and we are looking for an enthusiastic customer service advisor to join our busy team. This role will be a full time position ,Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritising and responding to customer requests submitted by telephone, email, or text message from internal and external customers.
Processing and endorsing customer's orders via their NHS Prescriptions.
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, process customer orders where applicable and file documents via company software.
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve high satisfaction outcomes.
Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Keeping confidential records and information private and secure as per company procedure and legislation.
Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Going the extra mile to engage customers and maintain customer loyalty.
Liaise with off site inter company personnel to arrange customer collections, deliveries and correspondence as required.
Assist customers to register online and ensure the order meets their requirements.
Process sample requests and follow up to point of order.
Communicate with customers regarding their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery.
Liaise with appropriate primary care professionals to enable the patient to obtain their prescription requirements.
Work as part of the wider sales and marketing team to drive positive company sales results.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,600.00 per year
