We are currently seeking an individual to join this team in the role of Export Finance Client Service Manager at VP level
The jobholder will be primarily responsible for a portfolio of Export Finance clients/deals, and will be required to display a strong commitment to maintaining and improving a quality client service proposition. The jobholder will be required to work with internal teams, both onshore and offshore, to maximise the client experience of dealing with HSBC from mandate through to final repayment, as well as being directly responsible for managing the non-operational aspects of the deals.
In this role, you will be responsible for
- Maintaining portfolio of deals from onboarding to final maturity;
- Ensuring first class service delivery to our clients;
- Responsible for communication with various stakeholders, including Borrower, Lenders, ECAs and internal stakeholders;
- Serving as escalation contact, for both internal and external parties;
- Managing internal processes and ensuring compliance with risk controls in place
- Facility agent/syndicated loan market experience;
- Knowledge of Export Finance transactions and the role of the Export Credit Agencies in ECA backed transactions;
- Sound understanding of loan documentation;
- Excellent time management and client oriented experience
