Job description
We are looking for a full-time customer service specialist to join our busy customer service team.
In your role you will be dealing primarily with inbound customer phone calls from new and existing customers. These customer contacts vary in nature from general enquiries to customer complaints, or technician bookings to technical help queries.
A friendly personality and telephone manner is essential, as is an excellent customer service record, having previously worked in a call centre environment or other customer facing environment. You will need a good standard of literacy, be competent using a range of different computer systems, and have good problem solving and organisational skills.
Contract:- Permanent
Hours:- Minimum of 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis including weekends
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handling inbound customer phone calls.
- Providing second to none customer service.
- Working as an integral part of the team.
- Self-managing your own workload, prioritising your tasks.
- Accurately recording and logging your work.
Qualifications and Skills
- Friendly personality and telephone manner.
- Previous experience working in a customer service call centre.
- Clear and effective communicator.
- Able to work calmly under pressure.
- Competent using a range of different computer packages, such as Microsoft Office.
