GM Coachwork is one of the UK’s largest vehicle conversion specialists, striving to design, manufacture and deliver accessible transport solutions. We are a privately funded large business employing in excess of 200 people that is currently experiencing an exciting period of growth after recently acquiring a new multi-million pound manufacturing facility and securing a large number of high value nationwide contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, established business in South Devon

As part of our rapid growth within our business, we are looking to recruit a highly motivated Aftersales Co-Ordinator to join a busy team of twenty.

As an Aftersales Co-ordinator your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting customers with all vehicle queries and enquiries
  • Provide support to all customers via incoming calls and emails where required
  • Arranging vehicle servicing and repair appointments
  • Plan and coordinate the appointments and engineer's workload, including booking travel & accommodation if required
  • Diary management
  • Ensuring parts and all equipment needed is available to the engineer
  • Ensure all invoices are completed in a timely manner
  • Organising follow up appointments if needed
  • Liaising between customers & third parties (Motability, main dealers, Kwik Fit, RAC etc) to make, confirm & charge for bookings

Skills and Experience

· Provide exceptional levels of customer service via the telephone and email

. Basic computer skills, typing and emailing

· Excellent spoken and written communication skills

· An understanding of database management

· Dedicated to providing customers with outstanding service.

· Able to prioritise a varied and busy workload

· Due to location of offices you will need your own transport

Benefits include:

  • Competitive salary and bonus
  • Hours: Mon -Friday -8.00am -4:30pm but normally work 8am to 5.30pm which includes 1hr overtime at time & a half
  • Overtime exceeding 160 hours in a 4 week pay cycle or 200 hours in a 5 week pay cycle will be paid at 1.5 times your normal rate.
