Customer Service Advisor

We are currently looking for advisors to join our team, where you will assist customers with any enquiries they have regarding our range of premium products.
We currently have permanent and temporary positions available.
Purpose of the role
To assist customers with any enquiries they have regarding our range of premium products. These queries can vary between delivery, technical or after-care issues. It is important to ensure that these queries are resolved in a timely manner with empathy and in a swift time frame.
Day to day responsibilities
- Respond to telephone calls, emails, and internal enquiries.
- Identify and contribute to self-development to enhance individual and departmental performance.
- Work in cohesion with other internal departments to ensure service levels for all our customers are maximised.
- Positively demonstrate the agreed company values and beliefs.
Skills, Abilities and Behaviours:
- Able to communicate with customers and internal departments, at all levels, in a professional, courteous manner, both face to face and by telephone or email
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload
- To act as a role model by demonstrating the company values and carrying out any other duties, as reasonably requested
