Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Customer Service team here at Dart Corner. As the Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for any customer who contacts us via phone, online or in person. You will also be responsible for providing an outstanding level of service, acknowledging and resolving customer queries, dealing with complaints, deal with new or existing order management and product / process knowledge to aid customer buying decisions.
Role responsibilities
- Responsible for being the first point of contact for the business through the telephone, email and our online chat system
- Responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints/queries
- Responsible for escalating enquiries to the relevant department
- Responsible for communicating with the various couriers to locate packages
- Responsible for checking product availability
- Assisting customers with account creation/registration
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the office area
Candidate profile
- Customer Services experience – desired but not essential
- Competent computer user, including Microsoft Office
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Great communication skills and a professional friendly demeanor
- Must have the ability to multitask and stay organised
- Excellent time management skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.00 per hour
