Customer Service Advisor – Work At Home

  • We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Customer Service team, representing a leading energy company due to continued growth. Starting salary of £19,760-£21,400 OTE
  • 40 hours per week between 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri (no weekends)
  • Work from home, full equipment provided.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities will be;

  • Dealing with Vulnerable customer’s queries in a fast-paced, target driven environment
  • Demonstrating resilience and empathy whist addressing and collecting payments/outstanding balances
  • Up-selling relevant products and services
  • Generating bills and arranging payments
  • Walking customers through the provision of meter readings
  • Updating account profiles on our in-house systems
  • Booking engineer appointments
  • Maintaining a professional image for ourselves and our clients
