Castle Hot Tubs is currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team in Hayscastle, Haverfordwest. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through our various sales channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with product inquiries, placing orders, and resolving customer issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely and effective follow-up
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
