CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Carbon60 are looking to recruit three customer service advisors for UK leading utilities provider in Cardiff. This is on a Temporary basis for a minimum of 5 Months. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a friendly team in a modern office that offers flexibility and hybrid working. ROLE: Customer Service AdvisorSALARY: £12.90 p/h (£24,819 per annum) JOB TYPE: 5 months at first (strong possibility of becoming permanent afterwards)LOCATION: Hybrid after full training (Pontprennau, Cardiff)HOURS: Full time Monday to FridayTHE ROLE
- Investigation of change of tenancy when people are moving to a new house.
- Make outbound calls to gather relevant information and updating the system and customer accounts.
- Sending information requests to customers and managing responses.
- Entry customer data into multiple data bases.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Must have a strong telephony background: very confident with a professional and engaging telephone manner.
- Excellent IT skills (7 internal systems - full training will be given - used daily plus emails, Word, Excel).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
