Office Manager
VUS are a leading utilities construction and building & civils contractor based in Alfreton, and are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team.
The Role
You will be responsible for working to maintain our accreditations as well as managing the efficient running of the office to include;
· ISO 9001:2015 Compliance
· Business Insurance – Renewal, Claims and Fleet Management
· Management of Administrative Tasks
· Building Maintenance and Periodic Inspections
· Health and Safety of the Building and Near Miss/Accident Reporting
· Human Resources
· Recruitment, Induction and Appraisal
· Training and Development
· Holiday and Sickness Reporting
· Maintaining the Company Policies and Procedures
· Company Phone Contracts
· Contract Management
· Managing the IT Systems with the IT Support Contractor
· Working alongside the Directors to support the business growth
· Attendance at Management Meetings
· Maintaining Accurate and Up-To-Date Records for the above
The Person
We are looking for someone who is;
· A confident communicator, with a proven track record working within a fast-paced environment.
· IT Literate including the use of the Microsoft suite and Sage
· Organised and methodical in their approach
· Displays a strong character and gives clear direction
· A great communicator, both written and oral
· Focussed on achieving their goals and not afraid to challenge and change processes
· Punctual, Reliable and Enthusiastic
This role is full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, and the salary is £30,000.
