Le Fez, Putney's premier late-night venue, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Executive to expand and optimize our pre-booked sales by driving booth packages, ticket sales, and event bookings. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional cocktails, vibrant vibes, and unforgettable experiences for our guests from 7pm Wednesday to Saturday, with Happy Hour until 10pm. Our venue transforms into an exciting club from 10pm, featuring live DJs and performers throughout the night. As we hold the latest license in the area, our guests can enjoy the festivities until 4am on Fridays and Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives while actively working towards a personal sales target
  • Enhance and optimize pre-booked sales through the promotion of packages, booths, ticket sales, and events
  • Secure corporate events, private hires, and Christmas bookings
  • Utilize Collins (Design My Night) system effectively
  • Coordinate booking of entertainment acts and DJs
  • Collaborate creatively and positively with venue management and other business areas, including Marketing and Operations
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the venue, outlining clear targets and objectives for the team
  • Represent the company at networking events, promoting the sales team and the venue within the local community

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • Proficiency in Collins systems and working knowledge of their applications
  • Proven history of consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £12.00 per hour
