Your role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy BMW Centre in Shrewsbury
You will manage all contact from our day-to-day service customers by ensuring all service department requests, concerns or issues are dealt with whilst providing outstanding customer service.
Communication is key so regular updates throughout the day are important to our customers.
