We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Contract and Quality Manager to join our new development team. This key role will be responsible for managing construction schemes on site ensuring sites are safe and that work is carried out to the highest standards. The role takes full responsibility for contract management and delivery of high-quality homes. This is a key member of the Development team who has responsibility for ensuring our ambitious development programme is delivered on time and in budget. This is an exciting role, and you will not only have the opportunity to manage the build contract but will also carry out regular quality inspections and manage the properties through the defects liability period. This role will cover both Coastal Housing Group’s rented projects and housing for sale developments delivered for our subsidiary business Pennant Homes. This role offers a great blend of contract management and quality control on site.
