Vines Group is looking for a Customer Service Advisor.
Your role
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for volume inbound customer calls, you will be directing our customers to the relevant department or converting them into bookings and appointments.
- Maximise our service sales by upselling the work identified within service appointments.
- To support Sales teams across the group with customer enquiries and leads regarding vehicles BMW, MINI and Motorrad products.
- Creating outstanding customer confidence by ensuring professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care at all times.
- Accurately record vehicle information, refer to service histories and effectively follow-up and prospect customers to secure repeat and business.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 6 pm/8 am to 5:30 am and a Saturday rota (currently 1 in 4) covering 9 am to 1 pm.
Basic salary: £24,000 with £30,000 on target earnings including bonus but this is uncapped and there's an opportunity to earn much more!

Our Customer Service Advisors have a passion for offering outstanding support internally and externally. They have the talent to develop trust with our customers and the drive and resilience to achieve stretching sales targets. The successful candidate will have previous customer service or sales experience but otherwise full training is provided in order to help you reach your potential.
