What does this Customer Service Advisor role involve?
37.5 Hours a week - 8 hour shifts Monday to Friday.
You will be required to work one Saturday in three and one Sunday in five (subject to business requirement).
Salary: £23,066 + performance bonuses
What duties will this Customer Service Advisor role?
- You will be dealing with customers who contact Vaillant Service via telephone, email or live chat to arrange engineer visits.
- Using your customer service skills, you will provide an effortless customer journey and experience through a variety of communication channels.
- You will gain an understanding of each customer's situation, spotting potential opportunities to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure all telephone calls are answered within our service level agreement, booking engineer visits utilising the Salesforce platform.
- Work in line with Contact Centre processes and targets to ensure a professional service is provided at all levels.
- Work closely with our customers to keep them informed and delighted with the customer service they have experienced.
What will you bring to this Customer Service Advisor role?
- Previous experience within a fast-paced customer service role.
- Great communication skills & a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Great understanding of Microsoft Office and web-based platforms.
- You're a team player who can use their own initiative.
