As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will act as the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their problems.

We offer a starting salary of £24,000 to £28,000 dependent on your experience. You'll also be able to participate in our company bonus scheme.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 21-37.5 per week

Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

  • Are you able to work from the office for the first 6 months?
  • This role is subject to mandatory training for around 4 weeks during the hours of 9am and 5.30pm, are you able to commit to the training schedule? After the training you will revert to a flexible shift pattern.
