Customer Service Advisor

As an independent sales agency in London, we pride ourselves on delivering above and beyond when it comes to exceeding our client’s expectations and due to a new client intake we are now offering full training in our sales and customer services divisions.
The Role
Deliver an excellent standard of customer service on behalf of our clients
Process energy surveys where applicable
Assist in increasing our client’s market share
Monitor compliance and quality control
Maintaining high levels of excellent customer service
Upsell our clients' products and services
Manage daily sales data

What We Are Looking For:
1 year previous experience in a customer-facing setting is desirable but not essential
Willingness to learn
Great student mentality
Proven track record when it comes to thinking on your feet/problem solving
A people person
Able to commute to Cardiff City Centre on a daily basis
