Job title: Customer Contact Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Location: Blair Drummond Safari & Adventure Park, FK9 4UR
Salary: £12.25 per hour

Working hours: approx. 40 hours a week 9am – 5.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday.

The day-to-day duties
The Customer Contact Administrator will be required to have a friendly and outgoing disposition with an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate and good at written correspondence.
Duties will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitor enquires over the phone, email, Facebook messenger and Google messages.
- Amending bookings on our ticket management system.
- Taking payments over the phone.
- Administrating membership renewals.
- Replying to or re-directing visitors to the appropriate department.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required:
- Experience of working in a contact centre desirable.
- Experience of working in a large visitor attraction is desirable.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Experience of working with booking systems.
- Experience of using Excel.
- Ability to work well in a team and relate well to the public.
- Excellent customer service experience is essential.
- Good written English is essential.
- Ability to problem solve and seek to resolve issues.
