Overview: Working as part of a team responsible for ensuring our clients receive industry leading levels of service when experiencing equipment failure.
Job Specification & Duties
Core responsibilities include:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
- Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance
- Filing and archiving
- Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets.
- Compiling reports
- Managing and prioritising client queries
- Scheduling meetings and updating clients on open jobs
- Speaking to clients to answer queries and resolving issues
- Achieving targets set by upper management
Key skills required
- Excellent Customer Service skills essential
- The ability to prioritise workload
- Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form.
- Experience in using a PC.
Hours
- 40 Hours Monday to Friday, working an 8 hour day between 8.30am and 5pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000.00-£21,400.00 per year
