Role: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Derby
Hours: 9.00-5pm
Type: Permanent
2fawcett are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a business based in Derby. This is a new opportunity for a growing team.
Duties:
- First point of contact for customers - assist with any enquiries
- Provide support via telephone, messages and post to clients
- Process high volumes of orders
- Handling any complaints and dealing with them efficiently
- Processing returns
- Assist with any other ad-hoc administration tasks
You will ideally:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent IT skills
- Willingness to support the whole team
- You are confident in communicating professional at all levels
- Furthermore you are able to prioritise workload efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £24,000.00 per year
