Job Description
- Processing Sales Order
- Invoicing customers
- Creating and maintaining stock records
- Liaising with to arrange orders/dispatch
- Communication with our distributors and customers
- Assisting with customer/distributor enquiries
- Investigate and action delivery discrepancies
- Updating computer records in excel and word documents
- General office tasks when required, the role will also include filing, answering the telephone and maintaining other office systems
The Successful Applicant

- A strong eye for detail
- Meticulous
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Educated to GCSE or Scottish equivalent preferably in Maths and English
