Customer Relationship Trainee – The role:
Our Customer Relationship Trainee role will provide you with an opportunity to join a fantastic Road Export Team who will support and train you to potentially progress within the business.
Your days will be varied - you will be providing shipping, transport and forwarding expertise, providing service information, quotations, taking bookings and championing the needs of the customer. You will build and develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and requirements in order to generate and increase business by promoting internal solutions across the Davies Turner services range.
This position is based in Edison’s Park, Dartford. Ideally applicants should be located within 30 minutes traveling distance to the office. In addition, you will need the right to work in the UK – we can’t sponsor work permits.
Customer Relationship Trainee – You:
To excel in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent communication skills – dealing with customers, keeping them updated, solving problems and able to work under pressure
- Attention to detail, adaptable and willing to learn
- Commercial awareness with good negotiation skills
- A team player keen to play a part in the success of the department
- Excellent IT skills
