Job description
- Ability to build rapport with potential new clients
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Work closely with colleagues to provide them with key information
- Dealing with invoices and paperwork
- General administrative duties (Filing, scanning .. etc)
- Providing regular reports and compiling statistics
- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office
- Highly organised and efficient
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good written and oral communication skill
