Overview:
We are looking for a confident and customer service focused individual to join the Renault Trucks team at our Dealership in Bellshill. As a senior Customer Service Receptionist, you will be supervising a team of 2, ensuring a premium level of customer service is being provided and recognising training and development areas.
The CSR team will be the first point of contact for our customers, whether that’s in person in our reception area, over the telephone or by email. You’ll need excellent customer service skills as you will be multi-tasking, anything from booking in vehicles, updating customers with progress reports, invoicing to administration support for the Service and Parts Managers. No two days will be the same!
Hours:
Our reception is open 07.00-18.00, you will ensure that we have cover between these hours, so may work 7.00am to 4.00pm or 9.00 to 6.00pm with one hour’s lunch break There’s always the opportunity to work overtime in the week and at weekends.
Job Role:
- Provide excellent service and ensure quality in response to customer requirements.
- Supervise and motivate the front of house team and the administration process by setting and agreeing individual and team targets
- Ensure training and development activity for the front of house team is undertaken on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure all administration systems are being adhered to
- Holiday allocation & record keeping, including the submission of wages
- Ensure the banking completion is done in a timely and regular manner
- Ensuring the team is following process with filing and post
- Take control and manage the Work In Progress (WIP) reports
- Liaise with the Workshop Controller to maximise the Workshop loading to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Contact customers to advise of any additional work required with costs to gain the necessary authority to complete the work.
- Assist in the management and arrangement of vehicle workshop bookings for cosmetic inspections, servicing and repairs.
- Promote Renault Trucks in terms of its products, services and value at all times

Who are you?
- Good communicator, both written and oral
- Customer focussed and great at building strong working relationships
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer literate, particularly with Excel & Word with the ability to quickly pick up new systems
- Supervisory experience (advantageous)
- Experience within a Vehicle Dealership and knowledge of vehicle booking systems and times (advantageous)
