Job description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with strong technical knowledge, excellent writing skills and a passion for customer service. If you enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment then this position is perfect for you! Your duties will include communicating with customers to answer product questions, troubleshoot problems and resolve complaints. You will also be responsible for filing and maintaining customer records.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customers' questions in a friendly manner and with a smile.
- Address complaints and objections in a calm manner and find an appropriate solution.
- Learn about products, services, and company policies.
- Respond to questions about technical problems or company products or services.
- Answer customer questions using available resources.
- Take customers' information by phone or in person.
