Job description
Position: Customer Service Representative
Do you want to be a part of a team looking after a large customer base striving to give the best customer service experience. Working within a great environment with options to progress further with the company.
Salary + Bonus
Salary:£22,700 + Attendance bonus paid £375 each quarter (95% attendance)
Bonus:
Attendance Bonus: £375 per quarter
Upselling Bonus (No Sales targets/pressure) – £150 average
Working Hours:
Rotational Shift Pattern – 2 weeks
Week 1 - Monday to Friday – 9am until 5.30pm
Week 2 – Monday to Friday – 8.30am until 5.00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to maintain and support performance across the campaign
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Find resolutions to customer issues
- Promote the business in a professional manner
- Provide great customer service
- Take ownership for each call and reach the best possible outcome for the customer
