Job description
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our small team as an E-Commerce & Customer Service Assistant, at our main office in Tooting, London on a part time basis. However, during busy times additional days maybe requested.
It would be advantageous is you have Experience of EKM Powershop and Royal Mail – Click and Drop
Your time will be spent assisting the Dub Vendor E-commerce processes; preparing stock items for online sale - primarily: uploading products, item photography and sound clips. Packaging stock orders, processing postage and responding to our customer service role - assisting customers with orders, email and phone queries, processing returns as well as maintaining a clean and tidy office.
As a relatively small team it is important our team members can add additional responsibilities and roles as they grow with us.

Job Type: Part Time - Permanent
Main Roles:
1. Sales/Product Uploading/Shop Management
- Uploading of products to the Dub Vendor website; utilising our upload system with EKM Power shop. This role includes inputting data for products - with item specifics such as brand, era and colour. Knowledge of EKM Powershop is helpful for this.
- Applying any discounts or promotional labels to stock
-Creating sales promotion
2. Order Packing
- Checking and packing custome orders using boxes, mailers, jiffy bags & tape. Need to be neat and organised, and efficient with good attention to detail.
3. Processing postage
-Applying postage to orders and printing the postage labels. Carry out end of day postage process.
- Sorting stock - unpacking and checking the latest deliveries
4. Customer Service Assistant
We are also looking for a member of staff that is comfortable managing our customer service lines - specifically email and telephone.
-Creating sales orders
-Responding to customer email queries, organising return postage, processing returns and answering the office phone.
Probationary period is 6 months with pay increasing to the top of the range at the end of this.

Requirements:
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- Computer skills - specifically proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience of Royal Mail – Click and Drop and EKM Powershop an advantage
- Attention to detail in all areas
- Team player, with positive happy attitude
- Communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week
Salary: £10.50-£11.05 per hour
