This is a part time vacancy for 22.5hrs over 3 days alternating weekends.
Shift pattern is as follows:
Week 1 Mon, Thurs & Fri
Week 2 Fri, Sat & Sun

As an Import Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers. Timely and accurate communication is key as you work closely with our experienced team. You'll have the opportunity to engage in process improvement initiatives as part of our growing and flexible team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service for all general telephone and email export inquiries.
- Take ownership of booking deliveries and ensure follow-up to resolve any issues.
- Manage import manifesting, including data quality checks, the manifest process, and releases.
- Handle empty management efficiently.
- Handle invoicing within set guidelines and address any queries that arise.
- Assist with additional charge recovery.
- Take care of account management, going the extra mile for our customers when needed.
- Stay up-to-date with shipping regulations, rules, and requirements.
- Collaborate with a flexible and experienced team, supporting colleagues when needed.
- Build positive relationships with key internal stakeholders, including operations, equipment, agencies, commercial, and transport teams.
Required Skillset:
- Prior shipping experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to adapt and manage workloads effectively.
- Well-organized and confident in communication.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours if necessary.
